I did not purchase a trailer here, but I did buy a used trailer that originally came from this dealership. I found out there was an issue with the warranty paperwork when it was first purchased. I called them and asked them if they could update it with Keystone. They were under no obligation to help me (and I was sure they would brush me off), but instead they immediately fixed the paperwork and sent it to Keystone. If they are willing to do this for a non-customer, I am sure their customer service for paying customers is excellent.
