Great food and amazing staff. We had an Oreo Milkshake and Double Cheeseburger with Fries and Onion rings. The best part about the fries and Onion rings were that even though they were fried it was not oily/greasy at all. The burger was very filling and the beef used was of excellent quality. These guys make better cheese burger that Weber's in Orillia. The Oreo Milkshake was also awesome and a definite recomendation.

Breakfast was good but expensive 22 dollars for a normal amount of food RIP off. Burger was absolutely disgusting tasted bland freezer burt old and zero like zero seasoning. And the manager tried to fight us about the burger lol like it was our fault and we were imagining it wow just wow NEVER going back there again and I recommend you others just run when you see it right to the Cinnabon stand because those are delicious.

Food was great (expensive though). The service was not very good at all. No crayons (it's Denny's), apples nor those little doughnut dippers for the kids and I had been getting my toddler excited about all of those things because we haven't been to a restaurant in half a year. It was a virtually empty restaurant and I had to ask twice to be seated away from other guests so that we would have a bit more space. This was a bad start. Waitress rushed us the whole time. At the end of our meal, the only other table that was being used in the whole large place was the one right next to ours. I'm not sure why they wouldn't use the empty space during these times. I will go back to Denny,s but not the one in Napanee.
Love this US eatery . The food is always cooked well. We were in for dinner tonight. A bit disappointed the regular staff was off. All said the food was superb as usual. Surprisingly there were only 12 customers in the place. Our waitress Cassie a bit inexperienced never offered refills on my coffee once. At the end when she presented the bill. I asked if I could use her work Sweater to wipe my hands as we asked for more napkins and never received any. I felt like a bother and my customer experience was a let down tonight.
