I was contacted by Mike on a Thursday and I provided him details of the job to be done, small deck, 12 x 6. He said he would get back to me the next day. Nothing heard and i contacted him again on the following Tuesday. He said he thought he had sent it to me. He hadn't . He sent it the next day and I agreed to have him do the job. He said he was behind due to weather and I said no problem. Two weeks later I contacted him again and he apologized and said he would get me some samples to look at ASAP. One month later and no samples and no contact. I sent him a text with my concerns and no response. That was July 10 this year. It is now July 20 and still nothing. I will find someone else. After two months of this I am no further ahead. Very poor customer service. Too bad I have to give him one star, zero would be the correct rating.

We are so happy with our vinyl deck! Mike and his team in Nanaimo were efficient and did such a great job. Highly recommend.
