Took chainsaw in for repair November 6 , person I dealt with was great. Told should be about 2 weeks as they were busy. Heard nothing so stopped in on November 20. Asked about saw and was told guy would have a look at it today. Why? because I came in and asked about it? Asked how long were we looking at and response was \Are you in a hurry for it?\ Told fella to forget repair and get my saw. I will no longer take anything or buy anything from this shop. Understand they have been around awhile. Surprised because the fella (John) behind the counter is not good for business. Good luck
