I came to the store in 20/01/2021 around 2:30 to pick my Package that has my name on but, because I didn’t change the address on my ID. That lady refused to give me my package. I asked her please I would like talk to the manager she refused and she denied to even tell me his or her name. She was completely not professional at all. Hope her better day Poor lady.

Packaged was trashed and was only going 5-6 miles (couldnt pick up due to covid). Never have I seen damage to a package like this. Horrible.
Well, Purolator mis-sorted my package (went to Campbell River). Return to Nanaimo with a packaging issue. Apparently needed more “tape”. It has been 5 days now with no second attempt of delivery. So due to the neglect of Purolator my shipment just ends up in limbo. No attempt to correct the issue, and absolutely a waste of time talking to customer service. They could care less. AVOID Purolator! Stick with UPS or FedEx if you need courier service. Those companies have some accountability.
Not professional company; the package I ordered through newegg.ca supposed to be delivered today, and the package tracking said it was delivered, but I didn't receive it at all. My entire family were off today, so all of us been awake since morning, and my dog never barked at all when she always bark at people who comes near my door. When I called them, they said it was delivered, and it is my responsibility of not able to picking it up properly. At least they could ring a bell or knock the door to check if there were any people getting ready for their work or something.
