I recently had a question for Chris regarding an app for my hearing aids. He immediately came back to me with detailed instructions on how to pair my hearing aids with my cell phone and then to the “Find my hearing aid” app. On other occasions Chris and Mia have quickly responded to my questions / concerns with their outstanding service. Mia and Chris are concerned that they are providing you with the proper hearing aids no matter how many visits it takes. They are very good at explaining the degree of hearing loss that you have and the different aids that are available to you.
