Loretta was amazing. I really appreciated the time she took to understand our needs. She was very professional and extremely good at what she does. She remained within our budget even though she resolved problems that were beyond the scope we hired her for. The new logo and website look amazing. Laurie helped me with adding e-commerce to my existing website, as well as making some improvements to my search engine visibility. The e-commerce is perfect and I am getting around 40% more inquiries after the tweaks. Can't say enough about Laurie did for me online..thank you!
Loretta is out of touch and archaic! Not up to date on how to make a website, she did not complete her job and was unresponsive to what the needs of the job are. She does not care about her client, She talks a lot about herself and how successful she is (or was) and how she ran a big business, and does a lot of name dropping. She is unprofessional and not helpful and not a leader in her industry. She is trying to make a quick buck and will take your money and run if she feels she can get away with it, and if you are a small business, this is perfect for her as you are vulnerable and easy. Zero integrity. What goes around comes around— right? — Or I hope she pays back what she owes and doesn’t just try to delete the bad review because it’s a bad review!
Did not like the end product. Went with a different company to fix the mistakes and cost me a lot more in the end. Convenient that you do not remember. Thats ok, because I do.
