J Vossos here ... J West is my alias ... I have had Island Overhead Doors for about 10 years with no problem until to-day. I called and service man was dispatched promptly. Tom was the name of the service man. I was take aback at his knowledge of the product. He repaired the problem quickly then went on to fully service the door and adjust it properly. I now runs much quieter and more smoothly. Tom was a pleasure to deal with and was interesting to chat with. I kinda like that sort of service. It makes one feel appreciated for doing business with Island Overheard Doors. JV

#bad driver entered highway on merging traffic lane and speeds up to force us to hard brake and almost cause an accident. just to get one vehicle ahead... not very safety oriented. If I was the owner and seen his driving would be his last day..... not safe Not even an #APOLOGY
My car was trapped inside my garage at the end of the day. The technician was at my address within 20 minutes, and was able to open the garage door and diagnose the problem. They came back at the first available time and repaired it. So many great things to say about Jennifer, Ren, and Travis, all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Island Overhead Door.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Received an appointment time quickly, and appreciated the phone call that the technician was on the way. Steve was very knowledgeable and professional and had our door fixed fast! He took time to answer all of my questions and explained the safety features that I didn’t know about.
