I have been attending Lesley's core class off and on for the past year. She is an amazing teacher, so knowledgeable and helpful! I don't particularly enjoy exercising, but when someone as phenomenal as Lesley can guide me, and several others, through an hour long class--not only do I give her kudos for keeping my interest, but I thoroughly enjoy the after effects of the class! Amazing!

Classes are amazing. Teachers are friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. They help you out with form and can help with modifications if needed. I’ve only taken classes, but love them and the equipment is great. Would highly recommend trying it out if you are looking for a new gym.

The workouts are just fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. The group fitness classes are the best I have ever participated in.
