Steven from Discovery Home Inspections did an inspection on a home I was purchasing. He provided a very detailed report and walked me through the report on the day of the inspection. Afterwards, he also took the time to answer by phone my many questions as a first-time home buyer, including on his day off. For one issue that he did not feel he had sufficient expertise to answer, he had Darryl the owner call me and discuss the issue in detail. I definitely appreciated the outstanding customer service and their patience in answering all my questions. It was also very easy to book their services online and their office administrator was also very helpful in following up on my questions. I definitely recommend them!

Came highly recommended. Excellent, detailed inspection and post-inspection materials. Our inspector Steve called us that evening, was very nice and patiently answered our questions. We were in a rush and since they book up so fast they also allowed us to be on a waitlist for cancellations which we really appreciated.
