10 out of 10, Highly recommend! I had the pleasure of interacting with 4 separate individuals and all where consistent with their service, very kind, respectful and ever so helpful. They even went so far as, to providing evidence to ICBC of specific damage, due to the incident, and a courtesy car! Thank you, for taking one extra thing off my hands, I felt confident my car was in great hands.

Thank you to all the staff and Craftsman Collision Nanaimo. Shane assisted me from the beginning taking the time to explain and help me to understand the process. I asked a lot of questions on more than one occasion and he was always helpful, thorough and never \pushy\. Front counter staff was also great and I really appreciated the text messages updating me on progress. I hope I do not need these services again for a while but if I do I will certainly use Craftsman Collision again! ;)

I had a wonderful and friendly experience with the staff at Craftsman Collision! First off, when I first called to get my car in after my accident, the first question the person on the phone asked was if I was okay? Like yes I am okay, thank you so much for asking! Secondly, they were extremely fast in dealing with everything, made everything smoother and even detailed and washed my car when it was done! The staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and I will definitley be going back in the future (if I need to, hopefully I don't)
