we had asked the mechanics opinion on a vehicle we were looking to purchase since he was the one servicing the vehicle and the last one to work on it plus it was located at his shop. he reassured us up and down that the motor and everything was in great shape, guaranteed it just needed an ignition coil,. we bought it, turns out this guy is either a liar or a complete idiot/worlds worst mechanic because it took about 40 seconds to realize it certainly was not ok. we're out a few grand because of his 'professional opinion'

I came here to look at some vehicles that were laid out on the property. Upon arriving I immediately realized that I would not be purchasing from them as the place was a disaster. More like a safety hazard if you ask me. Vehicles everywhere, staff (and I use this term lightly) swearing very loudly and revving vehicles unnecessarily. The owner did not seem the type to be a reliable mechanic. To top it off, a neighbour across the street of this 'shop' warned me not to buy off of them as I arrived due to others having issues at this location. Safe to say I am going to stay far away from this farce and I suggest everyone else does the same. This place is a scam.
He is not honest. Don't do business here. This guy gave the bike a new paint job, didn't bother to make sure it was functioning and once I paid him the money, he washed his hands of it. I got two days of use out of it before the battery completely died out, then after I fixed that, the brakes went and the motor seized.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting customer service for a good friend of mine. Completely unprofessional and foul language after selling a lemon scooter (to a well-versed scooter lover). Will make a point of telling dear friends and family in Nanaimo to go elsewhere.
Bought a lemon of a scooter. Broke down on second drive. I really needed this to get to both my jobs. The owner won't do anything to help or refund me. Verbally abusive and rude. Skip this shoo!
dont buy an ebike from this place, the guy who runs the business is a total jerk you might have to pay more than what its worth to have your scooter repaired, as there is no room for reason with this rude mechanic, who sells scooters that look good on the outside, but have tons of hidden problems on the inside
