Tyler recently gave a talk about breath control to a group of special needs ladies. The feedback we received from the woman was wonderfully positive. Tyler managed to keep everyone's attention for the entire duration of the talk with his calm demeanor and interesting facts about the importance of breath. We worked on multiple breathing techniques to help calm, self soothe and release. We learnt about the importance of nasal breath and how to breath properly for maximum health benefits. Tyler is very knowledgable in his field and has a wonderfully warm and calming presence. This talk has piqued our interest in the world of nose breathing and breath control.
