I've come to Black and Lee a few times over the years, and the staff has always been great, but just recently they went above and beyond. I had ordered a vest and tie somewhat last minute to replace the one I had planned to wear for my wedding. The lady at the store said it would be in on the Thursday before my wedding. I called on Thursday, and was told something had gone wrong: my order hadn't arrived. Now, at this point, it was too late to correct, and I thought they might offer me store credit or try to get me into another vest, but no. Instead, the woman I spoke to offered to personally take home the vest I had tried in-store and alter its fit for my big day. I was shocked! I could not be happier. The price, the service, everything... Perfect. Thank you so much!

My son was in the Nanaimo store , chose one suit and was fitted , paid the ordering fee and paid for rush fees and the suit wasn't even in when they stated. Told us to go back next day when shipment was in but still wasn't in !!! Was my son's prom day and he wore a suit from the Nanaimo store. Wasn't happy when he should have been the happiest person on that day... never going back !
Came in to inquire about tux rentals for our upcoming wedding. The staff was helping someone else and didn't greet me. After waiting around 5 minutes in their very small store while browsing their displays, they still hadn't acknowledged my existence, so I left forever.
