Do not do business with these people. I ordered and paid for a digital download from them and did not receive it. I called to see where it was and they told me I should receive it shortly. Three weeks later I called and asked again and they said they would look into it. I couldn't wait so I purchased it elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they told me they don't refund digital downloads, Which is fair enough but I never got one to actually return. They took my money and provided me with nothing but a hassle and a light wallet.

Went in to purchase a computer. Ideally 800 or less. Was told by the sales person that all the models in that price point are low end, not capable of running without lagging. Fastest loss of a sale ever. I'll take my money elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Best Buy to get a TV at Best Buy. Alex K came over to us and had an answer for every question we had. He even let us know the proper HDMI for the TV we got, and explained in a non-sales-way why the warranty is worth it. :-) We appreciated him treating us like people he's looking out for. Ask for Alex K if you need help with TVs!!
