My husband needed a cpap machines and I wasn't too keen on it because of Charles from Brooklyn 99. But Deanna was knowledgeable and able to answer any concerns or questions we had. They were flexible with lending out three masks (couldn't quite figure out the right one during the appointment). She took us in without an appointment. (Thank you again). The payment process was smooth and she gave an extra invoice for insurance. Just very considerate throughout. Tina was also friendly and funny. Thank you ladies!!
I must share this with you. As a senior, I was very nervous about purchasing a unit and a cleaning unit. Deanna greeted me with such a warm smile. She showed me the machines that she thought might be perfect for me. Well, I walked out of there so happy and relieved. Deanna was amazing! I have the best machine, and easiest one to use. My cleaning machine is great and easy. Deanna certainly knew her job. Everything was explained to me and I mean everything! She took her time with me. I am so pleased and not anxious about using my CPAP machine and cleaner. If you are afraid like I was please go and see Deanna. Thank you, Deanna so much for your kindness, professionalism and dedication.
Tina was great. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable about their products. She took the time to explain all the features of my new CPAP machine. Will be buying all my CPAP supplies here.
