Terrible company!! Please don't use them. They are the worst that you can get on the market. Julia asked me for 95 for estimate only, which I agreed ( requesting written one) . Pre paid, for which she would send me e mail for e transfer. No response was received from her. A week after, she sent crew unannounced on my property to perform work, for which I did not authorized them. Without my authorization, they attempted to do things that they felt are beneficial or needed for me. They destroyed my lawn!!! She then had the courage to send me a bill for 1,500.00!!!!!!!!! They are the biggest scam!!! Stay away from them,...

Mr Sprinkler is a highly trusted company that I strongly recommend to service your yard. They take great pride in surpassing the expectations of their customers. Mr Sprinkler is honest with reasonable pricing for the excellent service that is provided. The employees were professional and very friendly. The exceptional work has left my grass healthy and green. This company is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. They will make up charges, not adhere to any pricing they have online or anything they originally state. If you try to dispute the charges, they will send it straight to collections, and you can have fun dealing with them. These charges will be at least 5x what any other irrigation/sprinkler company would charge. Listen to the other reviews, this company clearly has a pattern of not quoting properly, and actually charging appropriately, they will do the work, and then inflate the price. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, IF YOU DO, GET IN WRITING EXACTLY WHAT IS BEING DONE FOR EXACTLY THE PRICE. GET IT IN WRITING. YOU WILL NEED IT. Incredibly dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical.

We have been using Mr Sprinkler since purchasing a home where they did the install. Over 4 years. Great team and great service. Why? Here’s an example: we needed them on short notice, one day and they came through as usual. This is a very reliable business with reasonable rates. Nobody else is touching our system.
