We ordered white marble tops through Lowe's for our new construction home for all of our bathrooms. We wanted to not have to deal with dirty crevices in the sinks so one piece sink and counters were attractive. We needed however a custom size side/backsplash for one vanities so we made sure the special order people at Lowe's knew this. They told me marble and I called Mr marble after to confirm they received the details. This should have been simple, as the backsplash was just to be 1 inch longer than the vanity and the sidesplash a .5 inch shorter. To our disappointment, when it finally arrive they prepared them as if there were no details provided. I shouldn't have had to confirm and reconfirm that they received the custom sizing, but even after I did, they still cut the wrong sizes. We ll end up going somewhere local to make a new side and back splash. We went pure white The counter themselves look good, but hopefully they can update their processes so that simple instructions can be followed in the future.

no help with repair ,vanity top discoloured after use , customer service suggests the install was wrong , no help ,terrible products would never buy again
The countertop was not level. Humped in the middle at the front and really humped at the back. Our backsplash piece doesnt look good now because of the hump in the middle. Very pretty product but could they not have used a level on the product before sending it to a customer?
I ordered a Mr. Marble shower kit through Lowe's thinking it would be easier than installing tile - wrong. Firstly panels are very heavy and need to be cut since they are wider than the base. OK I accept that every installation is different so fine make them bigger but it would have been nice to know so that I could have cut them outside before having them carried upstairs. Heck the back panel is 48 x 72 and weighs about 100 pounds. The part that burns me though is that the base is not level across the ends. This is because the the threshold slopes inward. This means that the side panels don't sit flush with the base and so don't line up at the top with the back panel if you place them tight to the back panel. I phoned Mr. Marble and was told this was impossible and they took no further interest. I complained to Lowe's who were very accommodating and gave me some metal trim to hide the gap. They also spoke with their Mr. Marble contact who refused to do anything. Bottom line Caveat emptor if you buy a Mr. Marble product and are unhappy you are out of luck.
Can we order directly.. do you have stock i need 32 * 32 shower base need it ASAP.. if ordered it will take time. if u have in stock can i come to pick at your location..?
