This is modern day word-of-mouth so others can judge if this business is a good one to call. IF you're having ANY electrical issues, don't hesitate to call these guys. Kirsten was great on the phone, well-organized and very personable. Jesse the electrician was a pleasure. Quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple of options for repair, and had the job done amazingly fast. Funny too! All-around great service and experience!

Sean is the best! He has provided electrician service at my home 3 times. Every time, he was prompt, professional and kind. He also left the areas cleaner than he found them. I absolutely recommend Sean as an electrician. He is a credit to Mr. Electric. As a bonus, he loves dogs :)
Mori was on time, extremely pleasant and reassuring. Listened to our concerns, did inspection and fixed the issues in a very timely manner. He showed us the quote for the work before starting so there were no surprises, and cleaned up when finished. Mori is a great ambassador for Mr. Electric of Victoria! We will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and not hesitate to use them again in the future!
Mr Electric staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. They were very quick to get to us which was great. The job was done satisfactorily in a reasonable amount of time. What I wasn’t happy with was how expensive they were. We agreed to the quote so that’s on us. What really disappointed us though was the lack of details in their work order. The way they lumped things together makes it impossible to see the details of what was billed. With the premium price I’d like to know what I paid for what. I will not be using them again and can’t recommend them unless you aren’t worried about price.
