Wonderful staff! All members are efficient and willing to help. Doctors are informative and speedy in test requests and followup needs. Nurses are helpful and attentive to the needs of clients with a general sweet sense of humor to ease the stress of hospital stays. Thank you is not enough to say, for all they do. Great team!

Well, I’ll talk about my experience there: I had a UTI, I showed up on the emergency room because any clinic would be closed in Christmas. I thought it would be like 12 hours waiting or something. I got inside around 3 pm and left at 6pm. It took about 1 hour and half to see a doctor and another 1 hour and half to take the medication and leave. I don’t know if I was luck and/or my problem was easy to deal but he experience was fine.

My first and so far only ER admission was here, and it was a surprisingly positive healthcare experience. Wait time was short (with the obvious caveat that things may vary depending on how busy they are and what your condition is but they run triage very efficiently). Nurses are friendly and helpful. Doctors are attentive listeners, take the time to explain what's going on, and extremely thorough in their consults, testing, diagnosis, and scheduling of follow-up appointments. As far as ER experiences go (no one wants to have them but sometimes one needs to have them), I would highly recommend Mount Saint Joseph.

Best wait times in the city. My boyfriend broke his ankle, they got dealt with it amazingly! They were quick and efficient!
