I needed a boot because of a broken ankle. The store (on Rockland) was about to close and I was still not at the store. Julie and kim accepted to wait for me and work overtime ( not paid) for me to get my boot. Julie came to my car with a wheelchair and took me in to the store and Kim fitted me in the boot and explained everything so well (wrote all the instructions for me). Julie helped me back to the car. This is the best and most courteous service I could hope for. What a team so helpful and kind and full of smiles.... 5 stars and above. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kim and Julie... Went to Médicus ,on Ave Pierre-Peladeau for a cane for my mother . Excellent service given by Marilee . helped with advice , and took her time . Was very satisfied
Je suis allée chez Médicus car j'ai les pieds "croches" et je voulais savoir si c'était grave. C'est Magalie Hylands qui s'est occupée de moi et en plus d'être très gentille et de savoir de quoi elle parle, elle a pris le temps de m'expliquer pourquoi mes pieds pointent vers l'intérieur et de me donner différentes options si jamais cela devenait douloureux. Je vous recommande vivement le groupe Médicus (et Magalie) car on sent bien qu'ils ne sont pas à l'argent mais bien aux gens.
