I have made two orders with Doculand.Net now. They work fast & provide a superior quality product. They were able to meet my demands by printing custom shaped labels. Maher is great, he emails back pretty quick & always answers the phone. Good pricing, I will continue to shop with them. They were happy to help me in English as well.

Their delivery methods are excellent. Their are always on time whenever you place order.
Worst customer service ever! It was 4 o clock and they told me to come get my printing done. I told them I was in downtown minstrels and it would take around an hour to get there. They told me that it’s not a problem. Then when I get there for 4:45 they told me they close at 5. The person at the front desk proceeded to tell me that it’s not his fault and the people that were calling me had left and it’s their fault. First off who leave 1 hour before closing. Second of all why doesn’t the customer service agent take responsibility and say it was their fault. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
