I bought an alternator there last year on february 16th 2018. While I was installing it, I shorted it by accident. I brought it back and the guy happily exchanged it for me. Unfortunately, the 2nd one wasn't working so I brought it back again. I was told that I shorted the alternator. I told the guy working there if he could TRY returning it to Nappa and giving me a credit. He told me to leave it with him and he will TRY returning it to Nappa for a credit. 4 MONTHS LATER, on May 29 he tells me "they're willing to give us a credit so you can buy whatever you want with it". Fast forward 6 months, on december 11 2018 I call him because I need a new battery. I call him and he tells me "Uhmmm I don't see your credit here. Let me call Nappa.". Then he never calls me back. I call back and he tells me "They still havent answered me". So I try to pressure him a little bit and it doesn't work. He just keeps throwing lies at me. It's now December 20 and I still haven't got an answer. 9 days and no answer about my 250 credit. Anyways, I just wanna say, money means nothing at the end of the day, I mean I can afford to pay for my 380 agm battery. But it's unfortunate to find businesses like this that just lie to the customer. If you couldn't return the alternator that I shorted, you could have just said "Sorry man they didn't want to exchange it nor credit it". I would have just moved on. Anyways, avoid this place if you're looking for honest people.
