Amazing buying experience. Love the new business model, which focuses on a personalized buying experience. The team listens to your needs (and vision) and delivers. I asked for a custom bracelet for my TAG (that I also bought at Everest Jewellers) and I got it! More to come. I also saw the comment on the buying experience with Bob. Not true! I do hope that this not meant to impact the new administration and business model... That would be sad!

Went to the new location last week and loved it! Wanted to get my wife an anniversary gift. Bobby offered excellent personalized advice as usual. Been going to Bobby for several years for all major life events. He has always surpassed my expectations price, product etc. and offered great post sale service. I strongly recommend to anyone!

The jewlery store has been transformed into a smaller, concentrated boutique. Same fabulous service and access tp products. I love the new personalized concept. One-on-one private VIP service. Bob is one of the best, most reputble jewllers in Montreal. With years of experience and connections Bob is capable of deleivering a fantastic service at very competitve prices. I strongly recommend.
This place has been in business for decades and yet I only went in there twice . I was always greeted warmly & the first time I was served by Mr. Norman Cherbaka himself. The first time was to have a small diamond replaced from a ring I had purchased in the Bahamas. Mr Norman Cherbaka, was able to perfectly match and replace the missing stone for a surprisingly small price. He also took the time and care to tighten all the other diamonds on the ring as he could see that many others were loose. I am thrilled with his work and his care with that ring. The second time I was in there, was looking for a man's watch for my uncle. I had a small limited budget yet, I was never made to feel embarrassed or bad about it. Instead I was treated with patience and kindness and Norm's knowledge of watches far surpassed that of other jewelry stores. The selection far exceeded my expectations. I also bought myself a pair of diamond earrings and was served by Bob Cherbaka. He too was just as kind and patient with me as his father Norman, and, was able to provide me with gorgeous diamond earrings to suit my budget. His knowledge of diamonds was an asset as he was able to provide me with all the finer points regarding diamonds. Clarity, cut, shape, size etc. I have been wearing them every day since and they sparkle like new 2 years later and have received many compliments on them. We also discussed his skills in using old jewelry and creating a newer, more modern, design with diamonds from my late mother's wedding ring. Bob has an eye for design and detail. I can't wait to see Bob again and have him design and create a wonderful piece of jewelry using those diamonds from my mom's ring. Both Norman and Bob are true professionals and always treat you with respect and kindness. A class act always! I highly recommend Bob Cherbaka for all your jewelry needs.
