Super friendly and helpful! Car-Wal recently installed two beautiful doors for my garage. Unfortunately, my daughter (who is learning how to drive) bumped the car into one of the doors. There was a small dent and the door was thrown off alignment and the sensors ripped out. Car-Wal sent a technician the next day and he fixed the door in under 30 minutes. Their repair fee was very reasonable too. Thanks to them, my garage door is back up and running perfectly!

Earlier this summer I purchased a Garage garage door from Car-Wal. The installation was done professionally, on-time, and the site was cleaned up after the installation. The sales person / representative was Derek Simpson and he kept us up to date for delivery / installation. Even with a phone call at 8:00PM to confirm the delivery date. Outstanding service from everyone at Car-Wal.
I hired Carwal Ancaster as I wanted to support a local company. I contacted them for a quote and their pricing was significantly less than other vendors. I called again to confirm their quote and was provided the same pricing. Their installer was excellent and the openers work great, but then I got a bill for double what I was quoted. I contacted them and they did not offer any discount off the bill for the misunderstanding and instead told me they don't profit off the openers and would be happy to remove them if I didn't pay the bill. I was disappointed that they would rather incur MORE costs to remove the openers and get ZERO dollars, than to provide some form of a small discount for the misunderstanding that was initiated by their staff. I do not recommend this company - poor customer service and lack of accountability for the actions of their team.
