I have become somewhat of a regular customer since 2007, since then I have bought two small boats, a couple small motors, a 115hp and just last week a 150hp. I purchased a new boat from another dealer only because Blue Water didn't sell this model, I bought it bare and brought it here. I'm sure I lost a volume discount (but I am still quite satisfied with the price) by buying a boat and motor at two different places, but I have peace of mind knowing where the motor was installed, I know when it needs service I'll be looked after as I have always been. I generally put 60-70 hours on my boat a year, I wouldn't have anyone else on the island put motors on my boats or service them. Sales, service and parts departments are all great to deal with, they are open, honest, knowledgeable, and they work hard for you! Over the years they have went above and beyond many times for me, I believe they will for anyone...great job guys!...as always its a pleasure to do business

Had SUCH an awesome experience - had to share. On our first big storm this winter, the key to our snowblower somehow popped out and disappeared ...after looking for an hour and realizing it was no where to be found, we called Blue Water Marine. The man who I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable and when I explained the situation to him...not only did they have a replacement key - there was a team member out doing deliveries who had a few with him just in case. Within an hour, they dropped off the key and we were set! We didn’t even have to drive out in the nasty weather. Thank you SO much for your awesome customer service, Blue Water Marine!

Bought a Cub Cadet 3x snowblower from them over four years ago. While the snowblower is great, as with any power equipment, wear parts are wear parts for a reason. Their service department is fantastic and even walked me through some tips and tricks on how to fix some of the items that don't require specialized tools to rectify the problem, saving me . For the other work, they are very fair and explain why work needs to be done up front. Well run operation, in my opinion!

Delivered my cub cadet 2x 30 efi 12 hrs before snowmageddon.Thing performed flawlessly and handled that snowfall no problem The wet stuff in the end of the driveway a couple days ago , it looked like it was coming out a fire hose. Great machine ,great service and friendly bunch!
