Our box was stored for 6 months. The pick up and drop off process was very smooth and efficient. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. There was a small hiccup that the manager Dominic promptly attended to and resolved our concerns (around the box being taken out of storage so we could access it a couple of times while it was stored). Overall we would absolutely recommend the storage box again to any friends or family who required storage.

Clients love this service that is affordable and fits their schedule. Also appreciate their technology of level (no tilt) loading and drop off. All clients have to do is supply the man power to load and unload. They don't have to get friends trucks or rent a truck (pickup, gas, drop off, etc ). This service is now part of my listing package for clients (conditions do apply). Mark Bertoia and his team are great to work with. Easy to talk to and great customer service. Thank you.
Amazing service from start to finish. I was so impressed by the quality customer service that was provided. The communication from the drivers regarding pick up and drop off was great! I found the price very reasonable. I would highly recommend Storage Box. They made my move stress free!
Here's a company that takes pride in itself. Storage boxes are kept clean and well maintained. Customer service is A1. The prices are the best you will find.
