Lots to see on a hike that will take about an hour if you stop along the way and take in the views and sounds of nature. The tulip trees are incredible!

A preserve like that found on the Tulip Tree trail is a real treasure. It is very accessible, with no grades and well maintained bridges. We didnt encounter a soul!

Great trail with many boardwalks and wildlife to see. I've walked it many times both during the day and in the middle of the night. It's relatively short and always well maintained. A perfect trail to try out for beginners and first timers to the park. You get to see first hand the transition of eco zones from sand to sandy dunes with growth starting then into full blown forest.
