I have been working out here for over a year and I will continue to renew my membership. It's a really great place to either work out on your own like I do, or take classes like some of my friends do. The staff is always friendly and polite to me, I've never had any kind of issue here.
The Athabasca location (in the Coop basement) has a lot of older equipment except for the cardio equipment. That is fairly new. I don't think they've replaced any of the strength equipment since the 80s or 90s. It's very old and some pieces of equipment will be out of commission for a while as they never replace it. They really need a reboot of some equipment.
This is a really clean gym. I have never had any problems with dirty or sweaty equipments or work out stations. With the fair rates they offer, there is no reason not to be a member!
The YMCA is very clean the equipment is kept in nice shape. There is a great variety of equipment and I don't have to wait very long to get on the a machine I want to use.
The YMCA of Moose Jaw is always open early which is great for me because I can get in before work and use the machines I need to use for that day. Very nice place.

It would be nice if they showed the real prices of monthly memberships on their webpage. It's not even close to whats on there.
