In my experience, Valade and associates are the best bailiffs you can find in the Montreal area. You are truly in good hands. I have interacted with a number of bailiffs in the area, and in terms of efficiency, fair pricing, honesty and courtesy, the are clearly outstanding. You have to choose your bailiff very carefully if you want to avoid hassle and disappointment. With Valade and assoc. you will never go wrong!

Very courteous, professional and gets the job done. Responded quite rapidly whenever I followed up with them. And got my report right the next day. Price is quite steep though. Added 100 for every request I had. Their basic price is already 100, they added another 100 because I needed the document delivered urgently, and then they added another 100 because the document needed to be served in person and then they added 100 further just because my document was 60 pages. So in total, paid 300 for my service. So if you don't mind paying a steep price and have no choice but to have a document delivered to a person in a hurry, then go ahead hire them as they do get the job done and well. If you are a bit budget conscious and are more flexible in your time, then you might want to explore other options. Hopefully I will never have to use bailiff services ever again. Would've loved to give them at least 4 stars but took off 1 star as their price was a bit too much on the eye-gouging side.

Worst in Quebec, acting like a fraud to cheat your money. Do go and find another.
The people seem nice enough, but we waited in the reception area an hour simply to get service. It is unclear if they even knew we had arrived; there doesn't seem to be anyone regularly posted at the reception desk.
