My dog looks gorgeous! What more can I say? The whole team is friendly and courteous and the head groomer is very talented. The atmosphere in the grooming section is very calm and relaxed, something I’ve never seen at other groomers’ I’ve been to in the past. Altogether it seems to have been a very good experience for my dog. She looks beautiful and happy. We are not going anywhere else.

really not impressed, It was the first time I take my puppy groomer mainly to get her de-shedded and trimmed where and after paying well over 90 I picked her up and she looked no different, I was seriously disappointed as I was promised they’d make her look good and do a good job. I picked her up and was confused because I really could not see any difference or what they’ve done. Today I bought my own de shedding brush and brushed her out and so much under coat came out It makes me wonder if they even de shedded her at all. really really disappointing and sad will not be going ever again

But, you must know before you bring them in: - I WILL treat you pet with respect all the time - I WILL give it love and affection - I WILL make sure that you pet have a good experience - I WILL NOT negotiate my standards - I WILL NOT compromise the MENTAL health of your pet, putting it under a stress not needed, only because you have not took care of your dog! - I WILL NOT overrule my passion and my profession because of your MONEY - I WILL ALWAYS do what's best for your pet - I WILL ALWAYS explain, teach, give my opinion and educate every client - I WILL ALWAYS try to please you with a high performance and quality grooming - I WILL NEVER sell or promise something to you that i won't be able to deliver - I WILL NEVER accept disrespectful behavior - I WILL NEVER put your priorities over the dogs health.. (if it could harm your pet, i will not do it... don't insist) That's who i am, and that's what ive been doing for so long. And i hope we are all in the same page! I wish I can send you a picture of the way how my cats a groomed . Half body shaved ( and you can see the holes and empty spots ) and half left with their fur without to gradually transition in it )
