Was in a great location! A block away there was parking with decent/average pricing. Simple instructions on how to check in and quick responses! Everything was very clean and looked exactly like in the pictures, and even had a feet warmer in the bathroom which I loved and never experienced. The water pressure and different settings in the shower was amazing as well. There was only a couple stains on the bed but you could cover it with a sheet thats on top of the main cover. It did smell clean at least. Also the sensor in the jacket closet kept going off strangely. Other than that this place was perfect for me and my man for the three days we were there. Definitely house goals and equipped with everything. Don't think you could get any better than this especially with the price.

The apartment was clean, stylish, spacious kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed, and very clean bathroom. No noise around, very good customer service. In downtown, everything is close. Grocery store 10 seconds away. Will come back for sure. The other apartments look very great too!

The room was cleaned perfectly, very spacious and modern. The hotel is in a perfect location and easily accessible. The staff are polite and responsive. I recommend this place to stay when visiting Montreal!

We had a pleasant stay at Pierce Simplissimmo Apt. 506! Upon arrival everything was clean, organized and tidy. There were clear instructions on how everything worked via a poster near the entrance. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a great meal. Bedroom was nice with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The washroom was excellent. Very spacious and a great shower. I especially enjoyed that we were able to control the temperature from the main area and control it in the bedroom as well. Great apartment for a little getaway in Downtown Montreal. My only comment would be that parking is a little expensive. Lots near by but can get pricey. But Pierce Simplissimmo, does highlight in their listing that parking is not available. That’s my only comment, everything else was perfect!

It’s a beautiful place, very spacious, clean and well kept together. The perfect place for one-night stay, the location is great as well. The management is very easy to contact and is very respectful. A 5 star recommendation!
