The only photo service in Montreal which met all my requests and needs. I live in Ukraine and they made photo delivery for my friend in Canada and accepted my credit card. Great speed and quality! My Canadian immigration file got sent back because of a mistake they made (and information not being transmitted entirely) I have no pbm with mistakes being made (we are all humans) but I appreciate when people apologize for what they do, and offer a compensation, as customer service gesture: simple sign of respect of our time, money and trust. Although the service was very good until then, I can't help but put 1 star because if this bitter ending.
Best place ever, staff is really nice and they have everything you need if you're starting photography or even if you're a pro. Really not expensive compared to big places like lozeau, they often have things on sale and they have a student discount which is awsome. The only complain I could give is that one of my lens that I bought there was a bit dirty inside but no worries, they offered to fix it up for me.
Very Poor Customer Service & deceit. They will promote a price on their website and if you try to make that order online they will not honor it. Then you will go in store to ask why you cannot order at the advertised price and the staff will unfortunately be rude to you and lie to you. After reading reviews it's clear I am no the only one to experience this. If you wish to purchase something from this store I suggest going somewhere else... keep in mind other stores will price match what Photo Service advertises online. This is how I got the product for that price (went to Royal Photo instead - very friendly and helpful check them out instead.) Too bad this was a location very close to me and I was hoping it would be my regular, however, I will never enter again.
