I had the chance to stay in this apartment for 5 months with my family (2 adults & 2 teenagers). Amazing location in the heart of Le Plateau with tons of restaurants, pubs and local stores. The description and the photos are accurate. The apartment is furnished with great taste, plus quality mattresses and pillows. Beautiful terrasse to enjoy some outside time. I have been lucky in finding MTL Vacation rentals in the Fall of 2019. I've stayed at two of their units and have now had two excellent experiences. The units are well kept, very comfortable, clean and located in the wonderful neighborhood of Plateau Mount Royale. And the staff is always available to help with any needs. A great agency!!
Do not rent from MTL Vacation Rentals. They quoted prices, sent contracts, and took a deposit, and then informed us that they had \misquoted\ the price, and needed to raise it to over double what was quoted. I have everything from them in writing and am happy to publish it publicly if they try to dispute any of this. We travel internationally often, and I have never experienced this level of dishonesty.

Notre famille a séjourné chez MTLVacationRentals pendant 3 nuits au cours du week-end de la fête du travail. L'appartement était impeccablement propre, bien équipé, et vraiment bien situé sur la rue Mont-Royal (piétonne en temps de pandémie). Les communications étaient cordiales, promptes et claires. J'ai eu l'occasion de demeurer dans deux logements de MTL Vacations rentals pour une durée de 4 mois pendant que j'étais entre deux logements avec mes enfants. Les lieux sont irréprochables, propres et bien entretenus. La localisation est parfaite; tout se fait à pieds! Et surtout, Caroline et Yann, les propriétaires, ont tout fait pour que nous soyons confortables, répondant rapidement aux demandes et s'assurant que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Des entrepreneurs humains, avenants, sensibles, sympathiques et vraiment à leur affaire. Je recommanderais chaleureusement à tous de faire affaire avec eux! Un service aux clients hors norme. Merci à vous deux d'avoir rendu ce moment de transition facile et agréable pour moi et ma famille.
