The worst place you can find in Montreal and very bad experience. Never go back to this place. For people who want to move to Montreal, I extremely I advise never rent in this place. The management is terrible, never respond the phone and do not care about their customer at all.

(sound insulation is really bad) - Cold during the winter despite the available heating - Some equipment not really new and more or less worn - Concerning modernity, the building has 15 years of late... \u003e\u003e What is good The residence is next to metro and shops Some people of the staff are available and try to help \u003e\u003e Final advice Avoid this place if you can!

Do not rent with them! They accept pretty much anyone. My neighbours are very loud and some of them smoke cigarette and weed. I had a terrible experience when I heard a couple physically fight. They will tell you that it's \everything included\, but the wifi sucks, pipes are old and the apartments are not isolated well. It takes them an eternity to solve problems, I feel that they're lazy. It was a nightmare for me and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Rent somewhere else.

They are irresponsible. They didn't pay their bills and my internet got disconnected for over a month. Since I work from home, I had to move and they didn't pay me back/didn't even say they were sorry.
