If I were solely eating this place on the empanadas that I had gotten I would give it a pass-- as in you dont have to try it. It wasn't bad... but it wasn't amazing. For the price I would at least expect it to get better than average. The Male who served us and helped at the cash was very nice. However, the female who assisted was sort of slow. Overall, would not I recommend this place. Mo bvb real has a lot of good food and this place isn't one of them.

I will say Yes to any opportunity to visit Les Empanadas Pachamama. It was delicious!! My favourite was the chicken and the spinach ones. The staff is friendly and the service was reasonably fast. The location is clean and well organized. If you want to try some food from Argentina, this is a good place to start. Enjoy!!

Stopped by for an afternoon lunch during the weekday. I was very impressed by the quality and flavour of the empanadas. All 4 that I chose were absolutely delicious. Coming from a Latin American background, I would highly suggest visiting this place if you are in the mood for some tasty empanadas. 10/10.

Great Empanadas Very casual and charming. Good price and quality balance. There are vegetarian options. Totally recommend if you want to taste a little of Argentine.

Firstly, I never review places, this is my first review ever. I ordered empanadas and churros from this place. Firstly, it was supposed to come with two salads, and I didn't get the salads. The order was over two hours late. We called in twice and they assured us that it was "coming in 10 minutes". The food was tasteless. I got 8 empanadas of different varieties and I didn't like a single one. The dough was undercooked, and the filling did not taste like anything. Lacking spice, flavour and salt in general. The churros felt like they were stale and had been sitting outside for too long. I decided to try this place because of it's reviews and it's been seriously disappointing. How anyone thinks this tastes good is beyond me.

Hands down the best Argentine empanadas in Montreal! And now they even have amazing and authentic Argentine "milanesas"! So delicious and filling.

It seems that the Village is full of quaint, vibrant, and authentic restaurants to discover. After enjoying the food at Da Silva and Chipotle & Jalapeno, which offered fresh dishes at reasonable prices, I was eager to let the good times roll. Pachamama is simply a great place for the uninitiated to try empanadas. It's unintimidating and friendly, with menu options conducive to sampling a bit of everything. We found the place empty when we went at suppertime, and it gradually filled up as the night progressed. We were impressed by the funky decor and the exciting menu options. The food is straight-up Argentinian, from what I understand. I thought the soups were wonderful. Corn is given star treatment in this style of cuisine, and the kitchen is clearly passionate about preserving and sharing this culinary heritage. The empanadas, which are the main attractions, were also impressive. There are around 8 different kinds to choose from, and I don't think there's a bad choice in the bunch. They're so big and satisfyingly fun to eat! This restaurant is a crowd pleaser. It's well worth securing a big table with friends and enjoying a casual yet delicious evening of empanada goodness. Don't forget to bring your own wine!
