I'd give this place 3.5 but that's not possible with Google's poor rating system. We had the tom Kha soup, beef salad, fried calamari, grilled meat plate and red curry, fried banana, everything is delicious! The only negative I'd say for the food, i'd say that the grilled meat plate was a bit pricy considering what you get in terms of portion for that plate, I just didn't find it worth the price so I'd recommend another plate instead, it's the only thing we would have changed. Service was not very fast but that did not bother us at all, this isn't fast food... the waitress was nice. The cons to this place would be the actual restaurant setting, the food is delicious but for what it cost I'd expect a little nicer restaurant setting... our table was close to the window and was a little chilly, which wouldn't be an issue in summer obviously. Overall it's a good Thai food restaurant, not the best but worth a try!

Great food, i picked the green with curry chicken and steamed rice. Delicious and I recommended it. A little bite spicy to let you know.

It is one of the rare authentic Lao food restaurants in Montreal and it does not disappoint flavor-wise, price-wise is another story but that's expected considering the area. We ordered the sausages, fried calamari, tapioca balls and papaya salad appetizers with sides of sticky rice. However, the sticky rice comes in too small a portion for the price (4). Since we were two people, we ordered two sticky rice, so that's 8, which is pretty ridiculous for barely a handful of rice. The tapioca balls were a very interesting try. The rest of the food was very tasty and savory , however the sausages and calamari were cold when arrived at the table. Be careful, even though the papaya salad comes in "regular spicy" version, it wasn't mild, so for those who are inexperienced in that department, I would recommend you ask for a non-spicy version. The ambiance is great for going out with a group of friends or for a date, very classy.

Our dinner there was terrible. The food was obviously not fresh (the meat definitely frozen and cooked many days before and just reheated) and everything arrived cold at the table even though we were the only one in the restaurant the whole time. The service was ridiculous... we were misinformed by the waiter and watched him being on his phone during the whole meal. The ‘house’ music didn’t fit the ambiance one bit and the decor was disappointing. We didn’t finish any of the food and left before desert even though it was included in our coupon (even the price we paid on Groupon was WAY too expensive for the quality of the food and the overall experience. I would have been outraged paying the full price for that meal...). Definitely not worth it in my opinion, unfortunately.

Every dish we ordered tasted great except the papaya salad, which seemed to have way too much fish sauce. Maybe not made for the everyday Canadian palate? Being mostly vegetarian, we felt that there was a lack of non-meat dishes. The menu didn't offer many options but apparently they will expand it as of January 2018. Definitely worth a try!

I thought the food was absolutely delicious but a bit pricey. I ordered the grill main dish, which was very delicious but the quantity of meat was not much. For the price, I was expecting more. I thought the service was excellent, however, when we ordered Bloody Ceasar’s, they did not mention that they put a piece of sausage inside of the drink before serving it to us. Other than that, I definitely would recommend this place for a new taste to try.

We were ordered 4 different dishes. They are all very good that are a lot more taster than we used to eat else where. We love them.
