Seaweed side dish. Tomato rice noodles, and spicy rice noodles. The free meat slice is pork. Can choose between chicken stock, pork stock, or veggie stock. Unlimited extra rice noodles for dine in, but not free for takeout.

Really delicious noodles, huge portions. I have a big appetite and I was quite full after the meal. My friend and I shared an appetizer chicken which was good too. I got the spicy noodles so hot to the point I was in tears, but it was tasty and I couldn’t stop eating despite the pain... the price is fair given the portion. would recommend.

Excellent quick meal option in the heart of Montreal! This is a Yunnan style rice noodle house, featuring a variety of soup bases. My personal favourite is original. Clean, modern and competitively priced, the soup base is delicious and noodles with just the right texture. Each meal comes with a preset of ingredients that you can add to the soup base, you can also order extras but IMO really unnecessary. Their appetizers are also delicious! Highly recommend! We had already dined there 3 times.

How to eat here: 1. Choose appetizers from A, if you want any. 2. Choose a soup base from B. Your soup comes with pork and 10 items and unlimited noodles. 3. Choose extras for your bowl of noodles from C, if you want them. They will be included within your soup. 4. Your bowl of soup will arrive, add all of the 10 items given to you on the side and the pork, into the soup. The hot soup will cook everything. 5. Add the rice noodles, and enjoy!

Excellent service. For vegetarians there are only two options of soup: tomato and kimchi. Since I ordered kimchi on a side as appetizer, I went for the first option. Everything was perfect except for this soup. For me everything tasted like tomato paste. Kimchi was great though. I would come back to try a different soup.

This is a noodle shop in Montreal and there seem to be many noodle shops in the area. In this particular establishment, you first choose the soup base and then they bring you all of the condiments, such as pickled vegetables, beef, cabbage, etc. You can also add extra ingredients at a cost such as pork chops, shrimp, etc. All extra noodles are free so can order as much as you want. The soup base and noodles were delicious. The soup is served very hotly so be careful when it is first served to you. We had the traditional base of chicken broth. Service was good, and the servers were friendly. They were happy to explain the process from the menu. Overall, the food was tasty, and we would come back again.

Great place for some noodle soup! The whole concept is nice and not overly crowded so its not noisy. The price is good for the portions and a good alternative if you want hotpot but not quite hungry for an all you can eat. Definitely would come back!
