They NEVER pick up the phone! You can call for hours, all day, and the only message you’ll get is “toutes les lignes sont occupées”. It’s very frustrating! Communication is horrible! And they don’t seem to care at all!

I've been needing to see a specialist for a while now - yet he never makes the scheduled calls ... I get a call from the secretary to reschedule and ... Surprise surprise, the doctor never calls. Unprofessional and highly disappointing.

Went on Wednesday August 12th The doctor was lovely; upbeat and very helpful. However, the receptionist lacked professionalism and maturity. We were told to wait a minute before uttering a single word, she then proceeded to have a full-on conversation with an Asian receptionist that was on her way out; they spoke about their schedules, food, and and then gossip about another coworker who apparently \grabs her a all day\. Are these really the best people to receive and screen patients?

Horrible Service. I booked an appointment and they do not even advertise that is over the phone. After driving to the clinic and finding that is closed, I am able to speak to the recepcionist which is very disrespectful. On top of that, no doctor called at the programmed hour.

I lined up at 7:30 and got an appointment for 9:15 and was seen within 5 mins. Very efficient! The receptionist was polite.I was blown away by the young doctor ..he was polite ,patiently heard out the details asked the right questions about the pain levels examined my hand since I had a bad fall on the ice answered all my questions patiently..and referred me correctly for the next steps. What really blew me away today was since it was a fracture I had to go to the hospital finally but he personally called to follow-up on the hospital treatment and to see if I was doing ok. In my 16years in Quebec I have not seen such a dedicated and considerate doctor who really treats a patient as a human and not a token number ....he is how a doctor should be and has restored my faith in the medical community once again. I wish him all the best in his medical career and would recommend him to everyone!

Went recently to do a blood test, and PAID money to have the results from their private lab. Nurse first told me I had to be fasting (when I did not) and then was unable to draw blood. She blamed me the FIRST time for moving. The SECOND time she told me my vein shut down. The THIRD time she told me my vein shut down again. She wanted to go for a FOURTH time but I quit at that point and left with only half the required tests. NEVER have I had someone attempt to draw blood 4 times from me and unsuccessfully.
