Hearing impaired? This is where you want to watch movies. I have been to several Cineplex around Montreal, and this is the only consistent one that actually makes sure I am handed a fully charged and functional closed captioning device, every single time. One of the managers there really does care for the machines (though some clearly have send better days ) and understands the need for them, making me feel like I'm understood in my impairment. I love movies, and without closed captioning, it would be impossible to truly appreciate them. Thank you for being understanding :)

It's supposed to have fun when you go to the cinema. But this place is the worst ever. The cinema structure is really old. Everything is in French. If you have kids I should not use the games stations. You will lose your money. Everything is broken. What a bad experience here
Gotta see Godzilla vs Kong in IMAX!
The forum is a great theatre. Always lots of movie choices and well kept. The staff is very nice and they clean up the rooms quickly after each showing. It's also very conveniently located next to a shopping center. I always stop by Alexis Nihon beforehand to grab some drinks and snacks. The only way I pay those absurd movie snack prices is if I have a gift card. The only complaint I have is that if you buy your tickets online and choose to pick them up at the theatre, you still have to wait in line with the other people who are picking up their tickets. So what's the point of buying online? And if you want them emailed, you still have to print them. This is super frustrating because on cheap Tuesdays it's always busy and I'd like to get everything done swiftly but I still end up waiting.
Great cinema, smallish rooms which are a plus. Comfy seats. Friendly staff. Good size snack bar and service of alcohol. Wide variety of movies, from current releases to specific theme months
