It's a really great place to learn French. They have levels from 1 to 8, schedule in the mornings, nights and weekends. They even have a program for people that doesn't know how to read or write in any language at all. The levels can be intensive from 20 to 30 hours each week during 2 months or slower if you are working on your french skills just on weekends. The staff is really helpful and there are many services including social workers and nurses. If you are eligible under some of the programs that Québec holds to help immigrants to learn French you will be able to study there practically for free. I highly recommend this option. I didn't give 5 stars because of the building. There aren't enough publics toilets and some classes don't have windows and enough ventilation.

They are not professional in office works
The worst of the worst, I called to take an appointment for the TEF exam, and they kept putting me on hold, they kept checking if i was still on the phone or hung up. When they saw I insisted, they just hung on me.
My wife went here in the course that started January 2020 to learn French. Terrible experience. Unprofessional teacher called Emertio making in appropriate comments regularly, spending lots of time on his phone texting, kicking his feet up on the desk. When brought to the administration's attention, they refused to do anything about and were very rude about it. Find a better environment to learn French where you will be treated with respect and get professional teachers. Avoid this learning center!
