I cannot give you more stars. The service are non responsible. We have bought the mattress and a bed from your store. You guys didn’t mentioned the bed will be install or non installation included in the price or not , we are shopping in hurry no time for the details. Because many store we have bought are included the installation. When the delivery guys bring the bed into our house. We Request the delivery guys and ask are you do the installation ? The delivery guys answered, I don’t know how to install.

As soon as you enter the store and look for an item ,sales associates try to lure you into making a purchase .They are helpful and seem very interested when you ask questions ... if an item is out of stock ,the eagerly seller will reserve the item for you at the other location and take down you address etc. then they suddenly ask for a deposit or full payment ON THE SPOT .Like you could have told us before the transaction and it's not like we are getting the product right away.When I told the sale associate that we're going to get item at available location ,they were dismissive and disappointed . We didn't score a sale for him because we didn't eserve\ the item under his name. They just try to lock you into making a purchase even tho the item is not available at the specific location. I don't mind paying a deposit but please inform your customer before trying that sale speech. When you inform them that you're just browsing and trying to make a decision ,they suddenly seem UNINTERESTED AND RUDE .Just because I'm browsing doesn't mean that I'm not going to make any purchase.

I needed quite a few items. Sofas, bedroom set, mattress and fridge. All 3 salesmen were very helpful and I found everything that I needed. They even stayed after store hours to complete the transaction.

LIES AND UNSAFE DELIVERY STAFF! Do not fell for their promises or nice marketing. Don’t do the mistake I made and sunk 4000 in electro only to have them not delivered as promised or not properly installed. Their delivery company doesn’t care about your safety in CoVid times and once they have your money, they are in no hurry to help you getting the item you paid for or even make sure it is installed properly. The delivery staff are either not wearing any mask or wore loose mask with their noses out. If they didn’t installed your product correctly, It doesn’t matter if you bought them yesterday you’ll have to get a service ticket and waits DAYS. That is IF they call you to make an appointment like they are supposed to do. They didn’t for me. Twice. The Online sale staff is lying to you on delivery dates so they get your money now, but you’ll get the item when they decide you have it. I was forced to buy a refrigerator and I only called back because I was ensured that everything will go smoothly and of course I was left alone with no update on either my service call or delivery, with no one to call for support since their phone system is obscure and designed so you cannot speak to a human, unless it is to buy right now.
