Globally it was a nice experience. We ordered a lot of things. Some were delicious and other just ok. The delivery was fast and the packaging was ok but compared to other restaurants everything wasn’t wrapped in a safe way. -The grilled chicken: it was tasty but a little dried -the fish with rice was tasty and well cooked -the griot has nothing special and the rice was bland. The 4/5 is for the fish and the portion

excellent place, fast, i asked for delivery, i was lucky they ran out of rice 20 min before closing so instead i got so many fried plantains, so delicious, I ordered the big dish, it is good enough for 2 people, first time trying African food, I find it different but tasty also, I love meat, the service is good, I am pleased.

Get the yassa chicken. Their samosas are also great.

Do not order via Uber Eats at this restaurant. They have consistently taken and eventually canceled my orders due to food not being available, despite what their online menu says. This has happened multiple times. For some reason the restaurant doesn't believe in updating their menu to reflect what's actually available for ordering. Please call the restaurant directly if you still want to order from them.

Panic, NOT! Guy, the owner is changing the name! Mistakenly, the tel. # was cancelled!. But I ate there days ago(Feb.2020). Originally 3 years ago, I was trying to find the Indian restaurant but cuz it was closed, we went here. I thought it was more Afro-Carribean, but no- the owners were from Congo and Senegal DIRECTLY. Can't get more African than that! Very friendly people, bilingual, and the small menu posted fast-food style over the rear counter was colourful and descriptive. I found the small dish of plaintain poutine delightful and filling, though I'm 180 lbs. It's a real treat compared to 'ordinary poutine'.. The Griot, chicken and goat dishes were also very tasty, as was my most recent eating there. The "Poulet Yassa" was delicious, and for "petite" bowl as more than enough,... for 4.95. What's not to love?. I've introduced several friends all who return from time to time. We all love it.

I love it..Was a bit worried when the owner from the congo sold the place..Yet the lastest owners showed me they know their stuff..Will always go back

Simple little place serving chicken/goat/fish/beef with yummy sauces, and rice and beans on the side with slices of fried plantain. Tasty samosas too. They have a nice spicy sauce you can get if you like some heat. Nothing complicated or fancy, but not bad for a simple affordable meal.
