Amazing store with fantastic products but most of all kind and welcoming staff. I lived near the old store and loved it very much. It was always a pleasure going there but I'm loving the new location even more, although I moved to the other end of the city. The new location has a great fresh vibe with so much light and clarity and the staff still as amazing as always. For me it's worth every trip :)

I use to shop at the old store that was on Notre-Dame and the staff there was amazing. However, I really do not like the vibe and the staff at de la Montagne. Each time I go there, there is a lady who seems to be the manager or owner, who just gives off this weird vibe. She's rude, doesn't smile and just seems annoyed each time I ask a question. I do not feel welcomed (even though I pay A LOT of money for their products as everything is overpriced). My spouse has experience the same treatment. The space is tiny and it is hard to circulate properly. They get 3 stars because they sell a variety of vegan products.
Small business, not too much space but have good products, service is good , super clean and well organized. I like going there

The bio bulk products are great, but I cannot support this business model. All the other bio products wrapped into so much packaging, negating the enviro benefits
