Cannot say enough about how amazing Dr Valerie Brousseau is, she is very knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. She takes her time to explain and make sure you understand. The team here is also amazing and they are always ready to help, they make sure to relay proper information and make sure all your needs are met. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I'll rate my visit a 7 star if I could. A burst of nerve calming hormones came over me as I walked through the posh styled waiting area up to meeting the good doctor Brousseau. Her well guided humor laced with technical knowledge on the solutions for the matter of the day made me feel like talking to her forever. I suffered a double ear rupture from a physical assault that led to a loss of hearing on my left ear and an eustachian tube dysfunction on my right ear, this made my breathing problematic. She listened to my horror tales with empathy, reassuring me every minute how fortunate I was. I like how she explains each problem with a diagram, making my appointment very interactive. It does feel good to meet someone who knows their job and yes the pay was worth every cent. To you Dr Brousseau, the prescription works perfectly and thank you once again for those comforting words of hope.
My experience was good at the clinic. I had a hearing loss problem in my left ear for 10 days. I went to the emergency of two big well-known hospitals but they were not able to cure me and they did not even refer/transfer me to an ENT specialist. Once I visited the clinic, the doctor was able to diagnose and treat the issue in about 10-15 minutes. I had excessive ear wax build up that blocked my hearing. The wax was removed immediately. The doctor knows what she is doing. Also the nurse was so helpful and looks like she likes her job. The staff over there look to like the place. Everyone in the clinic speaks good english, which is important to someone like me who does not speak french. The reservation process is so clear and easy to follow. The youtube video helps you understand where exactly the clinic is located. تجربتي كنت ممتازة في العيادة كان بقالي عشر أيام بلف في الطوارئ في مستشفيات كبيرة ومعروفة بس مكنش حد عرف يساعدني كان عندي ضعف فالسمع في الأذن أول ما رحت العيادة الدكتورة شخصت الحالة وعالجتها في خلال ربع ساعة قدرت تشيل شمع الأذن وتنظف الأذن بطريقة ممتازة الناس البتشتغل هناك بتحب شغلها جداً انصح بزيارة المكان لأي مريض أنف وأذن وحنجرة و الله يكتب الشفاء العاجل للناس كلها
My initial visit was great. Dr Brousseau was diligent, professional, empathic and explained my diagnosis. However, as agreed with her, I called 3 months later to book a follow up appointment in order to evaluate the progress of my condition and the PPI prescription she had prescribed. The secretary kept telling me that the doctor would call me back to book an appointment and it never happened. I’ve called at least 6 times in the last 10 months to book a follow up, always telling me they would speak to doctor and call back, but never do. Furthermore, the Pharmacist was shocked with my treatment plan; 80mgs of PPIs for a full year and he recommended that I book an appointment with another ENT. Edit: As per the below response, they stated they would call. They have not called. Not worth the 500 dollar consultation fee.
The fee is transparent on their website, so quick and professional, everyone at the clinic is absolutely kind. I wish I could give more than five stars! You have to pay your price but the whole experience is so so worth it.
