Yin Yoga space was the coldest I have ever experienced. Was not relaxing at all due to poorly insulated windows. I am never going back.

You have to try this place, I went to few yoga studios in Montreal, but Yoga Sangha tops it all, especially if you have a chance to do a class with Sylvie or at least meet her, you will never find someone like her, that’s a promise..It changed my life, her energy lifts your mood regarless the way you feel, after you leave her class you will feel energized and your mood will SHIFT to a better one!!!!! Highly recommended!
