Honest people, amazing service, and fantastic pianos.
We bought a piano from Westend last month. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service we received. They were very professional and honest when presenting their inventory that matched our budget. The lady who helped us pick out our piano (a brown Estey console ) was extremely patient as I went from piano to piano until my decision was finally reached. The piano was delivered a little over a week after the purchase because the owner insisted on sanding down a water stain to make it look like new (which they did beautifully, no sign of the water stain left!). The delivery itself was quick and on time. I highly recommend Westend piano. Our experience with this Montreal company was very positive, from beginning to end.
