AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Horrible experience at every level. To begin with the manager Mr Emile Murciano is rude, condescending, and very unsympathetic. This U haul did not hesitate one minute to overcharge our credit card for completely unwarranted charges. Be forewarned, do business here and you will regret it. The staff is atrocious, could not care less about you, and will go out of their way to ignore your complaints

Came here for a truck 14/01/2021 morning. The guy named DAVID was talking on his phone. Ok, i was wating. Then he starts talking to me at the same time he was on the phone. What a disrespectful At the end he insult me because i choose to leave.

This U-Haul is highly recommended. Professional, friendly, and organized staff members are working at this location. They inspect their truck before/after rental and also clean the truck right after return. Most importantly, staffs do care about their clients satisfaction.

Worst experience of all bad experiences at Uhaul. Poor customer service. My husband and I reserved a truck over a week ago for pickup at this location. Got a call 7:30 pm on Saturday evening for the truck we’re scheduled to pickup at this location Sunday 9:00 am. The guy said they had no trucks for us and we had to go someplace else about an hour away to get one (that’s a minimum 2 hour trip as this same Uhaul owns the storage facility that we need to move our stuff from). We were told to either take the offer or lose the reservation. Wow! The individual was unprofessional on the call, unhelpful as he didn’t even try to find another truck closer to his location for us. He later left a message that “there’s a thing called GPS” that we could use to find the location. How condescending! We will never use this Uhaul facility again.
