If I can give more than 5 stars, I will, and I mean it. I encountered a problem while transferring pictures from my iPhone to my computer. Called Apple Support, they spent over 1.5 hours over the phone trying to help but no! It didn't work. I called Montreal Tech. Tony is so knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes, he helped me downloading all my 1340 pictures and free up my phone storage. Very happy and can't thank you enough!
