Worst dr i ever encountered. She didn’t even let me talk, kept cutting me off and jumping to conclusions. I got 3 different opinions from other doctors and they all agreed that she gave me the wrong diagnosis. The whole time she was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. We will be looking to make a formal complaint.

Unfortunately my family doctor is at this clinic and it has been impossible for me to get an appointment. They outsource their appointment scheduling to "bonjour santé", in theory people with a family doctor at the clinic have priority creating appointments from 17:00 to 19:00 but so far I have never gotten one, apparently appointments go faster than free Céline Dion concert tickets, at 17:01 they are all gone and you have to wait 24 hours to "try" again. In the last 3 years I've only been able to see my doctor twice (including the first-time appointment). When I'm sick I usually try a few days to get an appointment at the clinic, but I never get one, so I end up calling 811, and then they tell me to go to ER. I was very happy when I got a family doctor after waiting for 4 years, but now I see it makes absolutely no difference.

The staff is not very attentive. I wish I can give a 0.5 instead of 1 star. It is not great when the clinic adds you extra stress and make your health worse. Receptionist missed to give me information how to complete a proper appointment online when I came to the clinic (before opening). She was quick to tell me "go book online" though she knew I did not have a RAMQ card. She did not tell I needed a RAMQ card to book online, or how to book online without a RAMQ card. I wasted 2 days here trying to get an appointment, rising early and coming to the clinic. I finally got an phone appointment, and doctor told me he would ask the receptionist to give me an appointment, to see in clinic, instead of the phone appointment as it was not enough. I never received a call from the clinic for an appointment. The phone operator; at the call centre who proudly said her name was Angie, and was so rude to me over the phone, **hung up on me** when I requested an appointment with the doctor, as per his recommendation. I truly hope this call was recorded to prove how unprofessional she was. And also a while back, I requested this clinic to let me know when they received my medical documents from Manitoba which was sent by my clinic in Manitoba, I never heard back from them, though my clinic in Manitoba said they were sent to this clinic. I understand the clinic is busy, but if you can't do a good job, best to say that you are not able to do a good job, and be honest with it at least. Wasted my time here. I hope to avoid this clinic in the future. And possibly All FORCE MEDIC clinics.

I had an appointment for 8:00 AM with telephone consulting. No one never called the whole day. I kept on calling the Clinique and I had left 3 messages but no one called back.I would never recommend this Clinique to a friend.

my family doctor works here, unfortunately. At a time when you are asked to be aware and not present yourself at the jean talon location if you have any symptoms..trying to reach them by phone is useless they never answer or return your calls the lie like a used rug..they cannot afford to hire good personnel to answer the phone in a timely manner,i have waited over an hour on hold and then they hung up on me its the worst place in the province for any kind of communication unless you present yourself

I came into the clinic last week for a physio appointment with PT Julie Walden. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about her, and for anyone needing a PT, Julie is incredibly patient, thorough and gifted at her work. She left me feeling better both physically and mentally about my injury.

Referrer assured me there was no need to arrive more than 15 minutes early to open my file, but I read the reviews on the morning of my 8:00am appointment, left immediately and arrived at 7:25ish. There was a small line-up to get signed-up, was informed there was 18 people already waiting and that they weren't seeing anyone else for the day, "come back before 7am next time". So assuming one has to arrive at 6am to be first there's a minimum 2 hour wait time, at best, and being there 30 minute before 8:00am isn't enough to guarantee being seen at all. Bonus points for cleanliness, calm and order and the friendly staff.
